Booking directly means dealing with the apartment’s owners, without a middleman taking a commission along the way. You deal with someone who knows the place first-hand, receives your messages directly and answers any questions without going through an anonymous call centre. It’s the oldest way to rent and, with today’s technology, also one of the most convenient and secure.
Why it pays to book without middlemen
The most obvious advantage is price: with no platform commission, the cost to you is usually keener and the service more personal. But there’s more:
- Direct communication. You ask whatever you need and someone who genuinely knows the apartment and the area answers, in your language.
- Flexibility. It’s easier to agree on details like the check-in time, a long seasonal stay or a special request.
- Personal service from start to finish. Before you arrive, during your stay and for any local recommendation: where the best beach is, where to eat or how to get here from the airport.
What to check before you book
Before confirming, look at four things:
- The real location. How many minutes’ walk is the beach? Is there a pool, parking? Our apartments are all a few minutes from the sea, spread between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca, near Torrevieja.
- Capacity and layout. Check how many people it sleeps and whether it suits your group. Ours sleep up to four people.
- Stay conditions. The minimum number of nights (in our case, four all year round) and the cancellation policy.
- Honest photos and description. That what you see is what you’ll find.
Minimum nights and check-in
We work with a four-night minimum all year, with special conditions for long winter stays. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am, with flexibility if your flight makes that awkward. We send the arrival instructions ahead of time so your first day is simple.
Our apartments
We have four, all with a communal pool and a short distance from the sea: Parque Recoleta in Punta Prima, and El Rincón, La Calma and El Bosque in Playa Flamenca. Some are made for couples, some for families and some for those coming to spend the winter in the sun.
